Volkswagen CC 1.4 TSI: Review details

A few days after having announced the broad outlines of the last evolutions in date of the range, the German manufacturer brings some specify concerning the CC alias old Passat CC.

At the center of its new information, there is the 1.4 TSI 160 hp engine (in BVM6 or DSG7) which replaces the 1.8 TSI engine with the same power but claiming obviously lower levels… Already advanced in a few lines, CC 1.4 TSI leave now understand through several further details. Thus we learn that the engine power is 160 hp mated to a manual six-speed or DSG 7 BlueMotion Technology.

In terms of consumption levels and CO2 emissions, it back up to 0.9 l/100 km and 21 g/km of CO2 (DSG7) compared to the 1.8 TSI of 160 hp. The loaded premium is then displayed at €200 against €750 before. In addition, note that the styling diesel range, the 2.0 TDI, earns a few horses to peaking at 177 hp (+7 hp) and 380 Nm.
