Recall of some Nissan Qashqai and Nissan NV200 by a defect in the direction
Some units of crossover Nissan Qashqai and the van-minivan (no version to load and passenger version) Nissan NV200 has been called for review by a steering problem that can lead to accidents. Specifically are Nissan Qashqai units manufactured between February 27 and May 16, 2012, and Nissan NV200 units manufactured between February 27 and April 20, 2012.
The problem is that the adapter connecting the steering wheel with the steering column, as the case may not have the appropriate hardness. Nissan Iberia has already reported this fact to the official dealers and workshops, and it will be in contact by letter with affected landowners. It shall review of the adapter and direction, and if caught riding one of the defective will be replaced with a new one, as is normal with no cost to the owner.
