Kia Soul EV: Production launched
Already entered into production to its domestic market, the electric version of the Soul destined for other markets has just taken the same path.
Discovered by an American show, following extensive information gradually distilled by Kia, zero emission version of the Soul came into production version for other markets like the European market.
This will be the first electric Kia sold away from its home market. For the record, this version is enticing on paper with a range greater than 210 km (212 km in theory) for honorable performance (for this kind of cars) with for example 145 km/h top speed and 11.2 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h. 212 km of autonomy: no equivalent auto done better in Europe.
The zero emission Soul is a power equivalent to 110 hp and 285 Nm, a 27 kWh lithium-ion battery and even a cooldown (partial or total) between twenty-five minutes depending on whether “it fills” on ultra fast charger or five hours standard charger. Before the end of the year, the Soul EV (still produced in Korea) will be launched internationally.
