This is the new generation of Hyundai i30
The brand new C-segment hatchback debuts exterior styling and interior design, technological equipment and has added gasoline engines and diesel engines with power of 95 hp to 140 hp.
Hyundai unveiled the new generation of i30, model belongs to C-segment. It made through the body with five doors, the same that is offered, with the last chapter of hatchback – in the market.
Designed, developed and manufactured in Europe, the new model owns a brand new style which is presented as “more refined and timeless”, including the new hexagonal grille in shape of a waterfall.
In the interior, this i30 features with a panel of on board with a new proposal with a horizontal style. It also has 8-inch “floating” touch screen and a panoramic sunroof, while the trunk is provided with 395 liters that extend even the 1.301 with the folded seats.
There are announced three gasolines and one diesel engine. The first is the 1.0 T-GDI (turbo) with three cylinder engine that delivers 120 hp and the 1.4 MPI with four cylinders and 100 hp. The star of the range is the new 1.4 T-GDI with turbo, 140 hp and 242 Nm.
For its part, the only diesel is the 1.6 turbo with four cylinder and powers of 95, 110 or 136 hp, while the announced boxes are the manual one with six speeds or 7DCT automatic, with double clutch and seven – speeds.
The i30 also has a completely refurbished chassis, almost twice as high-strength steel and a body with 28 kilograms less weight and 22 percent more rigidity.
If we speak of technological equipment, the new i30 has systems as autonomous emergency braking warning of a frontal collision, intelligent cruise speed control, rear traffic alert, multimedia equipment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, blind spot detection, involuntary lane changes alert, driver dashboard warning lights, automatic route and speed limit information.
The new generation Hyundai i30 will be presented later this month at the Paris Motor Show and in the future will surely come to the other country market.
