The new Opel Astra

At the beginning of new year, the range of the manufacturer Blitz will offer some changes. The German brand announces edits in parallel with other models. This is for example the case with the Astra family.

Several changes are made and the range of the Astra five-door versions or Sports Tourer. In mechanical terms, the 1.7 CDTi 130 ecoFLEX disappears leaving the “normal” 130 hp Start/Stop with the catalog. On the engines 1.4T petrol 120 and 140 hp, Opel announces the appearance of the Start/Stop button. The CO2 emissions, depending on the version, declined to 129 g/km or 135 g/km against 138 g/km previously.

Finally, packs (already seen on Insignia and Zafira Tourer) enrich the list. It is the LED Pack (tinted rear glass and LED daytime running lights), Driver 2 Pack (Opel Eye camera, anti-collision radar, adaptive cruise control, recognition of warning signs and unintentional lane change) and leather pack.

Finally it should be noted that the Astra GTC driven by the 1.6 liter SIDI Turbo of 170hp (like the convertible Cascada) arrive in concession in May.
